Did some Jilian Michaels Power Sculpt today! You don't get quite the calorie burn, but I do love how it feels, and love building muscle! Down to my good weight already! Now I need to really focus on my diet. So far today: B- coffee, lots of water L- cajun shrimp with lots of peppers, onion, mushrooms and a baked potato w/ a little lf sour cream and chives. Much better than the last few days.
Forgot to mention that I am getting Drew to eat what I eat SO FAR.. Haven't got him to work out with me yet, but I think he makes up for it working outside. :)
