Chicken Quinoa Stir-Fry

Chicken, Quinoa, Garlic Powder, Onion, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Veggies... Healthy and Yummy! Did I mention that I LOVE Quinoa?? 


Green tea how I love thee.... Best snack ever: Almond Milk, Banana, and PB2 smoothie. YUM!

Did some Jilian Michaels Power Sculpt today! You don't get quite the calorie burn, but I do love how it feels, and love building muscle! Down to my good weight already! Now I need to really focus on my diet. So far today: B- coffee, lots of water L- cajun shrimp with lots of peppers, onion, mushrooms and a baked potato w/ a little lf sour cream and chives. Much better than the last few days. 

I work out...

Yesterday I spent some time time on the treadmill, and today I went back to P90X3. 
I burned a lot more calories doing my X3 than I did on the treadmill yesterday. (I still like the treadmill from time to time... shhhh.)
